1.A master reset will erase all data stored on the device.
This type of reset should only be used as a last resort after all other troubleshooting steps have been exhausted. It is highly recommended that you complete a backup of the device information and disable Device Protection before proceeding with the steps in this tutorial.
With the device turned off, press and hold the Volume down key.
Note: If Device Protection is not disabled, the login credentials for the Google account currently associated with the device will be needed to set up the device after the reset.
2.With the Volume down key held down, press and hold the Power key.
Release both keys when the Android screen appears.
3.Use the Volume keys to scroll to RECOVERY MODE.
Press the Power key to select RECOVERY MODE.
4.When the No command message appears, press and hold the Power key.
While holding the Power key, press and release the Volume Up key.
Note: Release the Power key when the Android Recovery screen appears.
5.Press the Volume down key to scroll to Wipe data/factory reset.
With Wipe data/factory reset highlighted, press the Power key.
6.Press the Volume down key to scroll to Userdata only, then press the Power key.
7.Once the wipe is complete, with Reboot system now highlighted, press the Power key.
The device will restart.
8.The device is now reset and ready for use.

Follow the steps correctly otherwise you may brick your device. We are not responsible for any damage to your phone.
Take a complete backup of your phone for safer side and then proceed.
Ensure that your phone has at least 50-60% charged to prevent the accidental shutdown in-between the process.
1) First Download Nougat OTA zip for Moto G4 Play from above and save it to your device.
2) Now Turn Off your phone and boot into recovery mode. To enter into Recovery mode –
Boot into Bootloader mode by using Power+Volume Down.
Now you can see “No command“.
Now hold Power+Volume Up and select the Recovery option.
3) Now in Recovery select option apply update from sdcard.
4) Now select the OTA zip file you downloaded from above.
5) Now, wait until the process finishes.
6) Done! Reboot your system and enjoy.
1) Enable USB debugging option from setting>developer option>. To enable Developer Options, go to About phone and tap the Build Number 7 times.
3) Download ADB and fastboot driver for windows or ADB and Fastboot for Mac and install it on your PC.
4) Download the NPN26.1-22 OTA zip from above Copy ROM to a folder where adb installed.
5) Now Turn Off your phone and boot into recovery mode.

4) Now Connect your phone to Laptop/PC
5) On Marshmallow ROM folder press shift+right click and click on open command here.
6) Now check your connection by typing the below command
if your device is listed, you’re ready to flash the ROM
7) Flash the Nougat OTA Zip on Moto G4 Play by typing below command
8) Now wait until the process complete and then Reboot the phone.

WARNING: A hardbrick will ocur only if you try install a bootloader older than the installed on the device. If you already installed the stock with may security patch, you can install the stock with february security patch and update using the ota archive, but the ota archive will update the bootloader, so if you want install the stock with february again, you will not be able to update to the rom stock 6.0.1 with may security patch via ota.

How to Install Android 7.1.1 Nougat on Moto G4 Play
Method 1
1) First Download Nougat OTA zip for Moto G4 Play from above and save it to your device.
2) Now Turn Off your phone and boot into recovery mode. To enter into Recovery mode –
